By visiting our store and purchasing from MADEMOREMONEY, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and merchants
2. PRODUCTS
We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. All product descriptions, including dimensions and materials (solid teak wood), are as accurate as possible. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and the natural variation of teak wood grain.
3. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in GBP (£). We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received in full.
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship domestically within Kenya and internationally to select regions. Delivery times vary by destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, duties, or third-party carriers. Any applicable import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
5. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the bespoke and handcrafted nature of our teak furniture, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are damaged or defective. Items must be unused and in original condition. Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable. Please contact us before returning any item.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site — including images, text, and branding — is the property of MADEMOREMONEY and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
MADEMOREMONEY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kenya.
